1. Consulting and Service Fees

SyncSeva operates as a consultancy and service provider for franchise expansion. Due to the nature of our consulting and marketing services, any fees paid directly to SyncSeva for strategic consulting, marketing setups, or documentation are generally non-refundable once the services have commenced.

2. Franchise Investment Fees

When you invest in a franchise opportunity facilitated by SyncSeva (such as Sompurno Pharmacy, BGS Pharma, or Austex):

  • Franchise Fees: As noted on the specific franchise opportunity pages, standard franchise fees (e.g., the onboarding fee for Sompurno Pharmacy) are typically non-refundable once the agreement is signed and processing has begun.
  • Partner Agreements: All refunds related to franchise operations, stock returns, or deposits will be governed by the specific legal agreement signed between you and the parent brand. We highly recommend reviewing the individual franchise agreement carefully prior to signing.

3. Product Returns (For Franchise Owners)

If you are an active franchise owner ordering stock through our partners:

  • Returns and replacements of medical supplies or generic medicines are subject to the policies of the parent pharmaceutical distributor (e.g., BGS Pharma Pvt. Ltd.).
  • Often, our partners provide an "Easy Return Policy" for damaged or near-expiry goods, but claims must be raised within the stipulated time limit provided in your onboarding kit.

4. Queries and Disputes

If you have any questions about an invoice, a service provided, or you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue fairly.
